The Job Creation Law aims to improve the ease of doing business and boost the national investment climate. It amends numerous points of the Law number 13 of 2003 on Manpower. It also changes, among others, the definition of the limited period employment agreement and the provisions for the severance payment as well as for employing expatriates.
In this Online Round Table, our expert speaker will help you to gain an understanding on the crucial manpower related changes by the Job Creation Law and give practical advice on how companies can adapt and benefit from them. After the introductory presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and get into a discussion with the expert.
The Round Table will be held in English and, if appropriate, Bahasa Indonesia. Our staff will support the introduction by the expert as well as the Q & A and discussion with translation, if necessary.
