The German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID), located in Jakarta, is in search for suitable candidates for our Senior Executive Communication. The application period is open until 20 April 2023.

The German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID) is part of the worldwide German Chamber Abroad Network (91´óÉñ) and represents the bilateral business interests of Indonesian and German member companies and institutions. Acting as a strategic interface between the German and Indonesian economies, EKONID supports companies and institutions from both countries in opening up new trade and investment opportunities.

 

For our Communication Department, we are currently looking for a : SENIOR EXECUTIVE &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Take the lead in handling the team and the department tasks, projects and/or activities 

• Managing the tasks timeline and deadline 

• Conceptualizing creative ideas with internal client (users) &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

• A good work relation and cooperation with third party  

• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

• Maintaining the appearance of various digital platforms (websites, social media) by enforcing content standards &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

• Working with different content management systems &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

 &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

The ideal candidate (f/m) has the following profile &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

• Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Graphic Design 

• Professional experience: At least 5 years of working experience in communication field 

• Knowledge: A broad knowledge in communication field, such as public relations in general, marketing, media handling, corporate identity. Ability to maximize and utilize various digital platforms. 

• Languages: A proficient command in verbal and written English is essential, knowledge of the German language would be an advantage 

 

Required skills:  &²Ô²ú²õ±è;

• Leadership quality 

• Capable in managing various digital platform (website, social media, etc.). 

• Understand the process of video production for corporate 

• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles 

• Up-to-date experience with digital media platform 

• Soft skills: A good communication skill with creative mind and open to new ideas. As are motivation, adaptable, willing to learn new techniques and the ability to work independently as well as within a team with excellent communication skills to understand a user's needs and wants, and correctly implement the user's desires to successfully deliver the messages. &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
