According to Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2018 along with 2 (two) implementing regulations, all business entities, with or without legal entity status, are required to report their ultimate beneficial owner(s) to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MLHR). As of 15 February 2020, every company making any kind of changes requiring a MLHR Notification or Ratification as well as newly established companies are required to submit such a statement.
In this Online Roundtable, companies and other entities shall gain an understanding of how beneficial ownership is defined in its 6 (six) categories and which options entities have to fulfill their reporting obligations.
After the legal expert鈥檚 introductory presentation of the relevant legislation, the reporting obligations it contains as well as recommendable practices for companies and other entities, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and get into a discussion with him.
The Round Table will be held in English and, if appropriate, Bahasa Indonesia. Our staff will support the introduction by the expert as well as the Q & A and discussion with translation, if necessary.
