The technical seminar is an exchange and training programme for managers and specialists, offered by the Bavarian State Government. The programme aims at improving quality, efficiency and sustainability in the industrial and the public sector, by providing knowledge and technical tools for solving urgent problems. Furthermore, it intends to familiarise participants with Bavarian technology and to promote contacts with Bavarian companies and institutions. The programme addresses technical experts, businessmen and public officials who work in the sector waste management and have a special interest in technical and logistical solutions.
During the tour to different institutions and businesses within the state of Bavaria in Germany, the participants will attend informative lectures, as well as visits to facilities and companies, meet business people and decision makers in Germany, as well as the Bavarian state authorities. The visits and meetings with Bavarian businesses are not only a training opportunity, but also a space for exchange of ideas and experiences between German and foreign guests.
In Bavaria, the seminar is organised and implemented by the Training & Development Centres of the Bavarian Employers麓 Associations (bfz), through its International Division in Hof.
