After the signature of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, on November 2, 2020, the Omnibus Law on Job Creation has now been promulgated. The Law, which is currently untested in practice and still lacks certain implementing legislation, aims to improve the ease of doing business and boost the national investment climate in Indonesia. It covers, amongst others, new provisions with regard to investment licensing and taxation.
In this Online Round Table, our expert speaker will help you to gain an understanding on the crucial investment licensing and taxation changes introduced by the Law and will give initial advice on how companies might implement them. After the introductory presentation by the expert, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and get into a discussion with him.
The Round Table will be held in English. Our staff will support the introduction by the expert as well as the Q&A and discussion with translation into Bahasa Indonesia, if necessary.
