EKONID is looking for Senior Executive to join our Training & Education Department. As Senior Executive of Training & Education department, you will work in a small expert team on numerous cases from the training and vocational education sectors.
Your Role
You will support our customers inquiries for German Standard Dual Vocational Education Training program as one of the solution to the needs for future employees that match with the qualifications based on the company production and line of business. The focus is on the acquisition of company to join the existing or create a new GDVET program. Later on, you will also support in supervising, conducing the examination of certification of Ausbildung der Ausbilder International Basic or known as the German Standard in-Company Trainer. Furthermore, you will assist in overlook and maintain the trainer鈥檚 network through Education Indonesia portal for the activities and members. Also, you will promote our programs and services to potential customers. For this, you will use and build your network to other organizations, government entities and businesses.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote and overlook at the company鈥檚 inquiries for German Standard Dual Vocational Education Training program as one of the solution to the needs for future employees that match with the qualifications based on the company production and line of business.
- Supervise, conducting the examination and issuing the certification of Ausbildung der Ausbilder 鈥� International Basic also known as the German Standard in-Company Trainer certification.
- Maintaining and monitoring the trainer鈥檚 network through the Education Indonesia portal.
Required qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in communication, business administration, international management or marketing.
- At least 3 years of working experience in education industries / institutions, experience in teaching is plus point.
- A broad knowledge in Indonesian vocational education system and program as well as the regulations.
- A proficient command in verbal and written English is essential, knowledge of the German language would be an advantage.
- Proficient in standard MS-Office software applications and at least a general understanding of CRM and project management software
- Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as writing and presentation skills are essential requirements. As are motivation, flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
